Students at BASIS Independent Schools know a thing or two about hard work and persistence in problem solving. Our accelerated and spiraled math curriculum gives students ample time to strengthen their fundamental skills so that each year, when our schools facilitate opportunities for students to participate in competitions, clubs, and more, they can then show off their talents and achieve new goals. For the second consecutive year, the BASIS Independent McLean team will participate in the Adam Smith Division of the State Championship of the Governor's Challenge in Economics and Personal Finance. Tad B. ’20, Victoria B. ’21, Armin D. ’19, and Ethan H. ’20 will represent BIM in the competition.
It’s March Madness! No, BASIS Independent McLean doesn’t have a bracket, but our students have been in many tournaments, championships, and involved in other great ventures this month (and last!).
