FAQ #1: Where grit and joy meet - How are students supported in a challenging academic program?
Wednesday, March 22: 12–1 PM
Support is one of three defining pillars of the BASIS Independent program, in addition to teachers and curriculum. Join deans, teachers and enrolled parents to discuss how students are supported in a challenging curriculum including academic support, teacher-student support hours, the classroom dynamic, BASIS Organization Skills for Success, and more.
FAQ #2: Lunch with the Head of School - How is BASIS Independent McLean different and what type of student do you look for?
Wednesday, April 12: 12–1 PM
Join Head of School, Mr. Sean Aiken, for lunch to learn more about our core differences, the type of student our program devlops, and what we look for in students who apply to our program.
FAQ #3: What are the differences and similarities between BASIS Independent and the Advanced Academics Program (AAP)?
Wednesday, April 19: 12–1 PM
Join enrolled parents who previously had children enrolled in the AAP program to learn more about the differences they and their children have experienced.

BASIS Independent McLean is a preschool through grade 12 private school located in McLean, VA. We are currently accepting applications for the 2017-18 school year on a rolling basis (Rolling Admissions).
