As our families enjoy their summer by traveling to new places, including countries connected to their own unique backgrounds and cultural roots, we wanted to emulate this sentiment by recapping our first annual World Fest! This event recognized and celebrated the multi-cultural representation of the families within our learning community as they shared their pride and worldly knowledge with one another.
At World Fest, students, staff, and families "traveled the globe" by visiting tables that represented various countries, watching musical performances, and getting a taste of local cuisines. It was a day of expanding our understanding of various cultures and seeing each other through a different lens in a joyful, relaxed, and community-filled atmosphere. We are thankful for our generous, global, and involved families for making this event such a success!
