Fremont Fall 2023 Admissions Guide: Applying for Grades TK–9

We are excited to launch admissions for Fall 2023 for grades TK–9!

Admissions is now open and you may click here to submit your application for our Early or Regular Admissions cycle.

At BASIS Independent Fremont, students and Subject Expert Teachers engage in a spiraling liberal arts and sciences curriculum benchmarked to the best education systems in the world. We believe in setting a higher standard for students and promoting self reliance and accountability in an environment where learning is encouraged and celebrated.

Early and Regular Admissions
This year, we have two admissions cycles: Early and Regular Admissions. Early Admissions is only open for Transitional Kindergarten (TK), while Regular Admissions is for grades TK–9.

Explore Term Projects with BIF Bumblebees and Yellow Jackets

We know learners thrive when they have the freedom to explore knowledge outside of the classroom; that learning is most effective when students are empowered with autonomy and engaged by interests and passions interwoven into content spanning discipline and field.

Inspiring students to learn outside the four walls of their classroom and the parameters of a singular subject drives the pedagogy at BASIS Independent Fremont. One of our student’s most beloved examples of this methodology in practice is the tradition of Term Projects Week at our Lower and Upper School campuses. Our Last Virtual Open House for this Admissions Season is Here!

Our last admissions events for our Regular Admissions deadline are here! We know that some families are still deciding where they want their child to attend school next school year, and at this time BASIS Independent Fremont is still accepting applications for TK - Grade 9 for the 2022-23 school year.

Applicants in our Regular Admissions Application Cycle will receive their admissions decision on March 16, 2022
